TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. About BrawlUp

BrawlUp is a free statistics, analysis, and coaching platform for the game Brawl Stars. The Service provides tools including player profiles, tier lists, a tier-list maker, map and matchup tools, leaderboards, and the BrawlScore coaching feature.

Player and game data are sourced from the official Brawl Stars API operated by Supercell and are publicly available. We do not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete, or available at all times, and the Service may change, add, or remove features at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility & Age

You may browse the public areas of the Service without an account. To create an account, you must provide accurate information, including your age.

• The Service is available to users of all ages who play Brawl Stars.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to your use of the Service, and is present for any purchase.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not create an account.

4. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at proyectos@quatricsv.com of any unauthorised use.

You may sign in with email and password, a magic link, or a third-party provider such as Google. When you use Google sign-in, you authorise us to receive your basic profile information (your email address and name) solely to create and identify your account. We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, or any other data.

You may link your Brawl Stars player tag to your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to associate that tag with your account. You may unlink or change it subject to a cooldown period to prevent abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or our API providers.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, the CAPTCHA, authentication, or any security or access-control measure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with, disrupt, or attack the Service or its networks.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harvest or collect personal data of other users.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The BrawlUp name, logo, original written content, design, code, and the BrawlScore methodology are owned by QUATRIC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

All Brawl Stars names, characters, artwork, and related assets are the property of Supercell and are used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy (see below). Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Supercell's intellectual property.

7. Supercell Fan Content

BrawlUp is an independent fan-made project. "Brawl Stars" and all related marks are trademarks of Supercell Oy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security, and CAPTCHA), Google (optional sign-in), and the Brawl Stars API (game data). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective provider's terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

BrawlScore, tier lists, matchup verdicts, and coaching suggestions are informational and for entertainment purposes only. They are estimates derived from public data and our own models, and do not guarantee any in-game result. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data displayed is accurate or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUATRIC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed fifty US dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
