His mushroom attack spreads spores that slow and damage enemies, and his mushroom-based playstyle rewards patience and precise engagement timing. He is designed to eliminate specific high-priority targets and return from the shadow realm having already traded favorably.

Use Cordelius's duel Super on the enemy carry who poses the greatest threat to your team, as removing them from the main fight for the duel duration often decides the team fight outcome even if the duel itself goes poorly. Enter the shadow realm only when you are at full HP to maximize your duel win rate.
