Colonel Ruffs calls in a supply drop with his Super that initially stuns anyone caught in the impact zone and leaves behind a star power bonus that increases any ally's attack who picks it up. His rapid burst firing makes him a capable damage dealer who can also buff teammates with his supply drop pickup. He is uniquely impactful in teamfight modes like Hot Zone where the supply drop buff can turn an already-winning engagement into a complete team wipe.

Place Ruffs's supply drop in the path enemies must walk through to contest objectives rather than on open ground where it is easy to avoid. The attack buff on the crate can be picked up by any teammate, so coordinate to ensure your highest DPS brawler grabs it first.
