HOW TO PLAY BELLE

Belle fires a locking shot that marks a target with a device and reduces the damage resistance of anyone who then attacks that marked brawler, essentially making the entire enemy team's attacks more effective on the marked target. Her Super fires a chain lightning bolt that jumps between all nearby enemies simultaneously, dealing high total multi-hit damage. She provides unique team utility that amplifies the entire team's DPS on her marked target.
